The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or in a closely related scientific area. Experience with protein expression and purification methods and profound knowledge of various chromatographic techniques is essential.

Teamwork, good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a varied multicultural scientific community are expected. Fluency in English is required. Expertise in working on high throughput approaches would be beneficial. Experience with setting up and refining crystallization screens would be considered a plus.
